- Experience: 10+ years in sales with at least 5 years in a senior VP role or Sales leadership in IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership, Team Management, Collaboration, Cross-Functional Leadership, Market Intelligence & Reporting.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, market segments, and geographic expansion.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, regularly tracking progress against goals.
- Build and foster strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals.
- Establish and implement effective sales processes, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and uses sales tools efficiently.
- Work closely with the finance team to align sales forecasts with financial projections and ensure profitability.
- Identify and manage key opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and expand customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales campaigns and promotional strategies align with sales goals.
- Oversee the use of CRM tools, sales automation systems, and analytics platforms to ensure effective sales operations.
- Ensure the sales team is properly trained on tools, resources, and technologies to maximize efficiency.
- Optimize sales processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve closing ratios.
- Visionary with the ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in sales with at least 5 years in a senior VP role or Sales leadership in IT industry.
- Skills: Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, team management, and CRM systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA nice to have.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams, scaling sales organizations, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
